SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and products ordered. OVERDRIVE offers shipping via FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day Select, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx Next Day Air and LTL shipments. Most orders for in-stock products ship within one business day. International customers are responsible for FedEx brokerage fees along with all duties and taxes.
BACKORDERS
If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail. Customers are requested to confirm acceptance on delayed delivery of back ordered items.
