LIMITED WARRANTY ON LED FIXTURES

OVERDRIVE LED Fixtures sold in North America are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects, including material or workmanship for the period of five years subject to the terms & conditions.

If the product fails to operate due to defects of materials or workmanship, Overdrive will replace or issue a credit note which can be used by buyer within of issuance. Credit will be calculated as per details below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The warranty is applicable from the date of delivery or the rated life whichever comes first. The warranty is void in case any product is not used for the purpose for which it was manufactured or if not operated in accordance with the following Term & condition

1) Warranty is void if the product is operated outside of its normal operating conditions or has been subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God, or has been operated at excessive temperatures and shall only be effective if the product has been used, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

2) This warranty shall not apply to any product which is used, installed, operated or maintained in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use, including, without limitation, those contained in the standards for Safety

• Safety Standards of Underwriters Laboratory (UL)/ETL
• The National Electric Code (NEC)
• American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
• The specific instruction mentioned on the packing or products or installation literature

3) This warranty does not cover any third-party products or devices used in conjunctions with the products

4) Product has been purchased directly through seller’s authorized distributor or dealers.

5) Product has been purchased and used in regions that are within jurisdiction of the United States and Canada.

6) Repaired and/ or replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the failed products original warranty period.

7) Returned product includes Return Material Authorization (RMA) and original proof of purchase.

8) No agent, distributor or dealer is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited warranty on behalf of Overdrive.

9) This Warranty and all matters connected with the performance thereof shall be construed, interpreted, applied and governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New Jersey in the United States of America. Any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty and/ or to the purchase of Products covered by this Limited Warranty, shall be Venue exclusively in the State or Federal courts located within the State of New Jersey (U.S.A).

RETURN OF PRODUCTS: If the product fails to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return the product to the place of purchase or to 311 Route 46, Unit A Fairfield, NJ 07004 USA along with the original sales receipt within the period of warranty. After an RMA number is obtained, please submit the RMA FORM. The user shall ship the goods at  expense within 30 days of the receipt of RMA information. In case of delay beyond 30 days, the RMA would not remain valid anymore.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: All responsibilities regarding the product are set forth by this warranty. The product can be replaced with same model or equivalent mode. OVERDRIVE shall in no event be liable for the damage in excess of the purchase price of the lamp, for any loss of use, loss of time or any other form of direct/indirect loss or consequential damage arising out of use or inability to use such product, to the full extent such may be claimed by the law. OVERDRIVE reserves the right to examine all failed lamp or related equipment’s and reserves the right to decide the validity of the warranty claim.
